Who can attend?

Some of our training is ‘open access’ which means people from all walks of life can attend, however, for the more “advanced” programs, applicants are to pass an interview to complete their registration.

How to book?

All bookings for training programs must be made either in person or in writing. You can do this online – visit www.TassiliLibya.com, and select the Tassili Branch you want to attend in and the date you wish to attend and then contact us.

Please note that once you have passed the admission interview, your place on a program is confirmed. If a program is fully booked, you will be notified. You are advised to read and understand the terms and conditions outlined below.

Confirmation and joining instructions

Once you have been accepted, you will receive a confirmation within five working days. Joining instructions including venue details and timing will be issued approximately one week prior to the program. If you have any doubt as to whether the program is going ahead or whether your booking has been confirmed please call us.

Special requirements

If you have any disability or a medical condition that requires special arrangements to be made, please state your requirements when registering. Every effort will be made by Tassili to accommodate special requirements that have been notified.

What are the payment options?

Payment must be received before the start of the course or within 30 days of invoice date, whichever is sooner. For programs delivered abroad, full payment must accompany the booking before any further documentation will be issued.

Cheque – made payable to “Tassili for Consultancy and Training”
Invoice – upon request
Cash – upon receipt of invoiceIf your company requires a purchase order number to be stated on the invoice, please ensure that the number is communicated to us.

Is Program transfer allowed?

Yes, and there is no charge for transferring your booking to the same program on an alternative date provided you notify the Tassili up to 20 working days before the start of the program and that there is availability. However, a transfer fee of 20% of the program fee will be payable if notice is received within 20 workings days of the start date of the original program. No refund will be made in the event of a transfer. No more than one transfer will be allowed.

Is cancellation possible?

If you notify Tassili via email or phone to ten working days before the start date of the course, you will receive a full refund less an administration fee of 20% . Unfortunately late cancellations sometimes cause events to be abandoned therefore if a delegate withdraws for whatever reason within the ten day period, the fee will remain payable in full if you are unable to nominate a substitute.

Non attendance

If you fail to attend the program on which you are registered and have not given prior notice to Tassili then the program fee will remain payable in full
