The aim of this program is to enable candidates to appreciate the importance of understanding and applying effective interpersonal skills in the workplace. It will explore the use of tools, techniques and exercises to assess your interpersonal skills, identify your strengths and areas where you would like to improve. This includes identifying the barriers that may exist and how these could be removed.
